Who are we?
Compliance Consortium Corporation (CCC) LLC Corporation established in October 1994. The company was originally created, as it remains today, to assist organizations and governmental agencies with their federally mandated United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) anti-rug and alcohol misuse programs. CCC has grown from one employee and one client with 58 drivers (CDL) in 1994, to 7 employees and 563 client companies with over 26,000 participants in 2007, which covers 48 states.
Who do we serve?
CCC provides its USDOT programs to many private companies, school districts, counties, and cities. In fact, CCC currently serves more school districts in Texas than any other drug and alcohol testing service provider.
CCC is the leader in non-regulated drug testing. In addition to serving organizations. CCC also provides service to criminal justice facilities, probation, parole and community supervision and is extremely knowledgeable in providing services according to governmental regulations.
How do we do it?
CCC operates its own non-regulated laboratory equipment located at its headquarters in Belton, Texas, and works in conjunction with three SAMHSA certified laboratories. Laboratory, MRO, urine collection and data management services are an integral parts of any drug-free work place program. Over the past 10 years, CCC has combined these services into an unbeatable combination. CCC's average turn-a-round on drug testing is less than 24 hours from the time the specimen reaches the laboratory. CCC uses one of the top laboratories in the country, and its MRO, is dedicated to controlled substance testing and is routinely called upon by the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) for assistance. In addition, all of our collectors are certified and undergone stringent qualification training.

Compliance Consortium Corporation is dedicated to insuring drug and alcohol tests are accomplished accordance to criteria specified in 49 CFR, Part 40. 100% of our company revenue is derived from drug and alcohol tests and/or testing related products. CCC stocks a large assortment of drug testing devices.
