Don't worry, No one else may view your information except you or any staff members you allow. You must have primary or secondary Designated Employer Representative's (DER) permission to request a user name or password. Checking the yes box on your request certifies to us that you have your DER's approval. It will normally take about 24 hours to send you the new password and user name.
